Metropolitan United Church

Metropolitan is a hive of activity all week long. People from Toronto and from all over the world, in groups both large and small, come to see our church.

If you visit during the week, you'll be greeted by a volunteer from the "Narthex Group" (the Narthex is inside the front door of the church, before you enter the sanctuary).  This group of volunteers opens the church Monday to Friday from noon to 3 p.m. We welcome visitors who come to pray, light a candle, or just sit awhile.  In 2006, we were open 199 days to greet 6,656 visitors and receive donations of just over $2,250.
