Choir Librarian
What is the focus of this volunteer role?
To maintain the choir's music library in good order.
What does this typically involve?
File choir music in the library after each Sunday’s service
Report missing copies/inadequate number of copies to the Music Director
Fill the choir folders with new music as requested by the Music Director
Add newly purchased anthems to the choir library database
Repair music as required
File larger works in the Ladies Choir Room cupboard
When do these activities usually take place?
Approximately 1 hour/week
Periodically 2-3 hours/week in heavy seasons
