&lt;li&gt;Place all signs and confirm Narthex set-up (1 hour).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Meet volunteer ushers one hour before the start of the performance to issue name tags and final instructions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supervise all activities at the door.&lt;/li&gt;
