Our 2026 Concert Season
Music at Met, Noon at Met & Carillon Concerts

Noon at Met: Every Thursday from beginning of February to end of May (no concert April 2)

Saturday, June 20 at 7:30 p.m.  Modern Sound Collective presents Considering Matthew Shepard, a genre-defying oratorio by composer Craig Hella Johnson. The work offers a deeply human perspective on the tragedy of Matthew Shepard’s murder. Through a wide range of musical styles and texts, including poetry, journalistic accounts, sacred writings, and reflections from Shepard’s parents, the work asks listeners to consider not only what was lost, but what kind of world we are responsible for building in its wake. Tickets: modernsoundcollective.ca.

Carillon Festival: Thursdays in June, 12:00 p.m.

Carillon Recitals
As you pass by Met on Sunday mornings between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m., enjoy the sounds of our 54-bell Massey-Drury carillon, installed in 1922 and enlarged twice since. The carillon can also be heard prior to select Noon at Met recitals, and during the Noon at Met Carillon Festival every Thursday in June 2026.
