There's something happening...

Maybe it's lonliness. Maybe it's our politics, or climate anxiety, or global conficts, or A.I., or rampant consumerism, or skin-deep celebrity culture, but more and more people, especially young people, are asking good and important questions about what is truly important. These days, more and more of us are realizing that we don't need more stuff or screen time, we need each other. We need hope and healing and beauty and a connection to something greater than ourselves.  We need God.

Come and see!

There is a place for you at Met. Our church is a supportive, caring and justice seeking Christian communty that lives at the intersection of progressive theology and ancient traditions. We are public, intentional and explicit in our commitment to full inclusion of people of all gender identities and sexual orientations in our congregation and wider society. We also take seriously the stories, songs and ceremonies passed down to us from our ancestors in the faith, so that whenever we gather, we know that we are part of something deep and sacred.
