Metropolitan United Church

Metropolitan United Church offers formal worship services each Sunday morning, but our offices are open all week long. Here's an overview:

Sunday Services:
9:30 - 10:00 a.m. "Table and the Word" A gathering and service with communion in the Founders' Chapel (east transept of the sanctuary)

11:00 a.m. Full service with choir. We provide Nursery Church School for children up to age 13 (Sept.-June)

Wednesday Services:
Noon hour service 12:15 - 12:45 p.m. (weekly)
Taize service 6:00 p.m. (monthly on first Wednesday)

Weekday Visitors:
Sanctuary open to the public from noon to 3 p.m. (enter by front door off of Queen Street. )

Office hours:
M-F 8:45 am to 4:45 pm
Summer (June 25 - Sept. 4) M-F 9:30 am - 4pm

Parking: Metropolitan has a large parking lot on the west side of the church, with access from Bond Street. During worship services, this parking lot is reserved for the church and parking is free. At other times, the lot is operated as pay parking at public rates. There is ample on- and off-street parking near the church. The largest surface lot is located one block east of Church Street on the south side of Queen Street. Parking fees represent a significant source of revenue for Metropolitan United Churhc.
