Our Summer Podcast Series

Catch up with our summer podcasts. The take home exercise for this past week ('Patience') was:

● Take a pause, in a line up, in the back up, in the decision making or in the ‘reacting’, and breathe into your impatience. Take several deep breaths before you act, decide or make a move.

We'll meet to reflect on this practice at 10 a.m. on Sunday in the Founders' Chapel.

You can subscribe to the podcast through iTunes, Spotify, or Google Play.
