Join us for an informal Family Christmas Eve service online with a special virtual Christmas pageant play, carols, readings and more.

Featuring "You're on Mute" - Early Christmas Eve, pandemic edition

What does a 2020 version of a Christmas pageant look like? Well, at our 5pm Christmas Eve service, it will include the children of Met and Kingston Road United in a heated debate about who gets to be the sheep, epic Zoom virtual backgrounds and a man-child in a Calgary Flames jersey. Join us for an evening of music, prayers and the Christmas story told like you've never seen it told before.

Benjamin Stein leads us in carols including 'Silent Night', 'Joy to the World' and more, and members of Great Heart and other guests join us for renditions of 'We've Been a While a Wandering' and 'God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen/We Three Kings.' Add some of our Metropolitan Choristers and Sparklers with John Rutter's 'Carol of the Children' and it's bound to be a heartwarming time of worship together.

We are also offering a live Candlelight Communion Service at 11pm.

"Comfort Ye My People" - welcome to Advent and Christmas at Metropolitan

Worship at Met is offered under the leadership of The Rev. Karen Bowles, The Rev. Jason Francis Meyers, Dr. Patricia Wright, and featured Lead Singers and instrumentalists.

Please note that our regular services are currently online only, livestreamed from the sanctuary.
