Transfiguration Sunday - that strange, mystical, dramatic event when Jesus with three of his disciples encounters God high on a mountain. A man high on a bridge on an unsafe ledge… looking for something, anything... perhaps an encounter with God? Isn’t that what we all ultimately seek? In worship? In our lives?
