Metropolitan United offers several musical and artistic options for children, youth, and families.
The following children and youth music programs are all open to anyone, free, and begin at 9:45 a.m. every week:

The Sparklers are a group for children aged four to six, taught by Jennifer Duke Martyn. Children learn the basics of rhythm and unison singing. This group meets in the Chancel Room.

The Choristers are a group for aged 7 to 11, taught by Patricia Wright and Saya Ojiri. These older children learn vocal technique, sight singing, and musical concepts. This group meets in the Met Centre.

The Great Heart Ensemble is Metropolitan United’s music group for youth aged 12 and older, conducted by Benjamin Stein. They sing a variety of music and meet weekly in the Morley Punshon Room. This group also plays musical instruments.

These groups are always seeking new members. For more information, contact Dr. Patricia Wright at patriciaw@metunited.ca or use the form below.
